The Equity Academy is an annual staff development that focuses on understanding equity with practical approaches to implementing practices and policies grounded in equity; The academy offers practitioner experience and expertise in the areas of Teaching & Learning, School Leadership & Operations, School Improvement, Social Emotional Learning, Technology, Human Resources, and Communication. The Equity Mini-Academy is a monthly and/or quarterly staff development that focuses on a specific equity topic to develop an understanding, practical approaches, and policies that advance equity.
